If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can bring your vehicle back to us and return it up to 3 days or 150 miles from the purchase. No strings, no questions asked.

7-Day Vehicle Exchange
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can bring your vehicle back and swap it for another one for up to 7 days or up to 500 miles from the date of purchase. You simply pay (or receive a credit for) the difference in MSRP/price on the vehicle you are exchanging for.

Key Replacement
We repair or replace lost keys/key fobs on your vehicle as well as any additional keys on your key ring at no charge for up to 12 months from your date of purchase.

Cosmetic Wheel Repair
We provide unlimited repairs on cosmetic damage to alloy or steel wheels, including abrasions, scratches, and scrapes to the wheel/rim for up to 12 months from your date of purchase. This does not include wheel replacement in the event of severe damage.

Fabric Repair
We provide unlimited repairs to your vehicle’s upholstery, seats, and carpet due to cuts, rips, and tears up to two inches in diameter for up to 12 months from your date of purchase.

To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know
prior to 5 p.m. CST on the 7th calendar day after receiving your vehicle. We cannot accept a
return if the car has been modified, in an accident, damaged, altered from the condition it was
delivered in, or had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle. Additionally, if you drive
the vehicle over 250 miles, every additional mile will be charged a fee of $1.00 per mile. If
you choose to exchange, you can receive up to three vehicles, however, the third vehicle will
NOT come with our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. Day 1 of your 7-Day Money Back Guarantee begins
when you accept the vehicle, regardless of time of day. Cannot be substituted for cash. Does not
